NEMO | Hornet OSMO Ultralight Backpacking Tent 3P

For those in search of an ultralight shelter with greater volume, Hornet OSMO offers enviable living space and comfort without sacrificing its airy weight classification. Ranging in capacity from 1P to 3P, Hornet OSMO™ is made with the ultralight variation of NEMO's OSMO™ suite of fabrics, arming it with 3x less wet stretch and a level of water repellency that starts drier and stays drier than the rest. (Even better? With OSMO, they have cut out forever chemicals and carbon emissions along with any unnecessary weight.)

Keeping Hornet OSMO extra trim is a minimal pole structure that sets up lightning-quick and pairs with our volumizing Flybar™ and door clips to create generous internal space. Triangulated reflective guyouts and corner struts also increase volume at the foot and protect sleeping bags from tent wall condensation. An overhead Nightlight Pocket™, Gatekeeper™ one-handed tiebacks, and rectangular Divvy Cube™ stuff sack are new additions that add ease and creature comforts, not ounces. With the new Divvy Cube, this tent packs down small enough to fit in the bottom compartment of your pack — with a sleeping bag!

Both the 3-person and 2-person Hornet OSMO tents have two doors and two vestibules. The 3P weighs under three pounds, the 2P clocks in at only two pounds, and the 1-person is an airy 26 ounces.

Small town romance. Love the banter.
Format: Paperback
Savanna Potter is a perky can do person that is beloved in her small hometown. But she has suffered a lot of losses including her parents and the aunt who took her in and raised her. On a weekend in Charleston she has a chance meeting and hook-up with the right person but at the wrong time. They agree to meet up again in a year but Dr. Kyle Remington doesn’t show up. A few months later Kyle arrives in Dreamer’s Bay. She is embracing small town living and wanting Savanna as well. Brayden is delightful, as usual, with her witty banter. This is a fairly light and breezy LesFic romance. There are some side plots. But the easy romance between Savanna and Kyle is the focus. I think the only extra thing I wanted was to know more about Kyle. Everything is from Savanna’s POV and you see Kyle mostly in Savanna’s world. It was almost as if her character was irrelevant to the plot other than for her work crisis. Why did she change careers? Does she have a family that she stays in touch with? But with that said this is the kind of book I pull easily from my shelf to read again on a day when I want a quick pick me up.

You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll want donuts...classic Brayden
I enjoyed several things about Dream a Little Dream. The small-town setting, checking in with folks from a previous book - Beautiful Dreamer - in this case - how the author focused on the relationships Savanna and Kyle have with their friends/families, which helped me have a better understanding of each character. In my opinion, Brayden is one the best out there writing dialogue between all characters in her books. The small details she adds to each person help you get to know them a bit better. And the story took a few "did not see that comings," which kept me turning the pages long after I should have turned off the lights. But what I enjoyed most was simply Savanna and Kyle. They have rocketed to second place on my "Top Ten Melissa Brayden Character" list. Both go through several personal and professional ups and downs, but it is Savanna who makes me want to reach into the book and give her a big ole "everything's going to be okay, hug." It's classic Brayden, with a twist. I give it a solid 12.3 out of 10. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely Enchanting!
Format: Kindle
This really is an enchanting story because it reads like an adult Disney movie. I sooooo fell in love with the characters. Of course, Savanna and Kyle rule the roost in this one. Kyle is my new favorite character. Melissa has such a knack for bringing her characters to life and she was over the top with this book. Every person was integral to the story and it was wonderful to catch up with two well knowns from a previous book. This is a perfect example of a "second chance" and it really is a magnificent book. Loved it and is worthy of many more than just 5 stars!

Dreamy
Format: Kindle
This was such a fun read! The story is full of quirky characters, witty dialogue and intriguing drama..... all wrapped up in steamy chemistry. Savanna and Kyle's meet cute and subsequent romance doesn't follow the typical " and they lived happily ever after" script. This makes for a story with interest twist and turns. You know the author did a great job of bringing the story to life when you're left with the feelings of, " I want to live in that town; I want to be part of that friend group. This story did that for me. Bravo!

Sweet second-chance romance
Format: Kindle
When You Smile was my introduction to Melissa Brayden’s writing, and Dream a Little Dream confirmed that this author creates lovely stories with amazing characters. This book was a sweet second-chance romance with enough sad moments to make me shed some tears. It also has a surprise reveal that I didn’t see coming and a small-town community that made me feel warm and cozy. I loved Kyle and Savanna. Their first meeting nearly got me giggling, but I was definitely kicking my feet and smiling like a fool. Savanna was endearing and had a knack for public announcements. I felt deeply for her and truly understood her reaction after getting hurt. As for Kyle… is there a word to describe her? I could feel her aura bleed through my screen. Her flirting and ability to get through Savanna’s defense left me swooning one or two times. I honestly don’t know how Savanna managed to stand on business so 10 out of 10 for her effort. I really enjoyed Dream a Little Dream and can’t wait to read another Melissa Brayden’s book.
